Wellness × Tech Portugal is a five-day, three-city satellite of Portugal Tech Week. We exist because the most consequential health work today is happening where clinicians, engineers and operators are forced to meet — and that meeting needs a room.

Wellness has become a consumer category. Tech has become a clinical instrument. The interesting question is no longer whether they overlap, but what gets built when the overlap is taken seriously: closed-loop devices, continuous diagnostics, AI that sees more than a thirty-minute appointment.

We bring together the people doing that work — the longevity clinics, the neurotech founders, the AI studios, the device makers, the insurers, the regulators, the practitioners — and we host them in three Portuguese cities that each carry their own character: Lisbon for the urban hub, Porto for the research bench, Cascais for the coastal recovery work.
