Sabin is a founder and systems thinker building at the seam where clinical evidence, consumer wellness and applied AI are being forced to meet. Nine years across product, brand and independent media — the last four spent almost entirely inside the health-technology stack: continuous diagnostics, longevity clinics, nervous-system regulation, and the AI tools that are quietly rewriting how any of it gets delivered.
Wellness × Tech Portugal is her attempt to give that seam a room. Not another wellness festival, not another AI conference — a small, evidence-first summit for the clinicians, engineers, operators and regulators who are already building what health looks like on the other side of the wearable.
She also founded and runs Kokorology (nervous-system regulation for high-performing operators), Wellness & AI (an EU studio teaching people to own their own health data), and writes at Too Many Opinions. Based between Lisbon and London.
Operating thesis
Three lines the whole programme is built against.

Evidence over vibes. If a claim can't name a study, a regulator, a biomarker or a unit economic, it doesn't belong on the stage.

Wellness has become a consumer category. Tech has become a clinical instrument. The interesting work lives in the seam.
